Kim engaged in a series of morning workouts, including weighted hip thrᴜsts, hamstring curls, and step-ups. Accompanied by her sister Khloé Kardashian, she accentuated her slim figure with black leggings and took her fitness regimen to the next level by wearing fingerless gloves.
With her hair styled in a sleek bun and minimal makeup, Kim focused on her intense workout without any distractions. She documented her session on Instagram and tagged her trainer, Senada Greca, in the clips.
Kim began with a leg day workout, performing Romanian deadlifts followed by hamstring curls. She mentioned challenging herself this year by increasing her weights. As she used a TechnoGym machine, she appeared to exert herself and breathe heavily.
“We’re going for heavier weights this year. Set small fitness goals and stick with them,” she wrote. Kim then executed a series of hip thrᴜsts while her feet were placed on a nearby bench.
“I hаte these hip thrᴜsts! She makes me do them three times a week! Consistency is key! We also use the leg extension machine and a bench! Creativity is also key!” she added with a winking emoji.
She concluded her workout with a tricker-looking exercise, step-ups. Kim balanced her back foot on a small disc while bending her front leg on a bench, pulling herself up with the assistance of a bar.
